Zion National Park,\u00a0<\/strong>May 15, 2014<\/strong><\/p>\n

We were originally going to stop in Las Vegas for the night on our way to Moab, but we decided that Zion would be a much better choice. We had been there the prior October and were excited to see it again so soon. We rolled in to Springdale (just outside of the park) around 8pm and ate at our favorite spot, Zion Pizza & Noodle Co<\/a>. There’s nothing super extraordinary about the food, but it’s pretty good, and there’s a great view from the front patio. Also, the fact that it’s right across the street from where we stay doesn’t hurt.<\/p>\n

We contemplated doing some hiking the next day, but it was pretty blazing hot, so we decided to hit the road early and make an unplanned detour through Capitol Reef National Park<\/a>.<\/p>\n
